Description
INZA steel hydrocarbon separators with an integrated bypass are Class I lamellar separators for high flows, buried installation. The bypass treats the nominal flow and diverts peak flows (up to 5×TN). In accordance with EN 858-1 (CE marking), discharge below 5 mg/L.
Operation
The sludge settling compartment provides a surface hydraulic load below 50 m/h and a useful volume of 100 litres per l/s. The separator, with lamellar blocks, ensures a discharge below 5 mg/L according to EN 858-1. Once the nominal flow is reached, the excess is diverted to the integrated bypass.
Design
Made of S235 steel protected after blasting (ISO 8501-1) with a 450 µm epoxy coating. Removable screen. Resistance class 1d to NF P16-451-1/CN. Honeycomb-type polypropylene lamellar blocks. Integrated bypass sized for a peak flow of 5×TN. Automatic shut-off device calibrated for density 0.85. Connections by adaptable seals (DN<400) or PVC sleeve.
