Description
INZA hydrocarbon separators in glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) are used for the pre-treatment of hydrocarbon-laden water. Lamellar model, manufactured in accordance with EN 858-1 (CE marking), Class I (discharge below 5 mg/L).
Operation
The grit chamber is sized for a useful volume of 100 litres per l/s of flow. The separator compartment achieves a discharge below 5 mg/L according to EN 858-1.
Design
GRP tank (glass-reinforced polyester). Resistance class 1d to NF P16-451-1/CN. Polypropylene lamellar cell blocks. Automatic shut-off device with seal, calibrated for density 0.85. PVC inlet and outlet connections. Polypropylene covers with Ø600 mm clear opening.
Advantages
CE marking to EN 858-1. Retention time over 190 s. High mechanical strength and efficient coalescing cells. Reinforcement options. Quick and safe installation.

Roads and tunnels, car parks, vehicle wash centres, mechanical workshops, ports and airports.
Options
Hydrocarbon, sludge and high-level alarm system. Reinforcements for installation class 1a. Load-bearing covers for vehicle traffic D400. Risers. Installation of a hydrocarbon alarm to EN 858 is recommended.
