Description
INZA compact coated steel hydrocarbon separators are Class I lamellar coalescing separators, with integrated covers, for the pre-treatment of hydrocarbon-laden water. In accordance with EN 858-1 (CE marking), discharge below 5 mg/L.
Operation
A grit chamber must be installed beforehand. The effluent enters the separation chamber, fitted with a polypropylene lamellar cell block, where hydrocarbons are separated by coalescence. The separator compartment is sized for a discharge below 5 mg/L according to EN 858-1.
Design
Made of S235 steel protected after SA 2.5 blasting (ISO 8501-1) with an epoxy-polyester coating. Resistance class 1a to NF P16-451-1/CN. Honeycomb-type polypropylene lamellar cell blocks. Stainless-steel automatic shut-off device calibrated for density 0.85. Inlet with adaptable seal and PVC outlet. Full access for inspection and maintenance. B-125 covers included.

Hydrocarbon, sludge and high-level alarm system. Installation of a hydrocarbon alarm to EN 858 is recommended.
