Terms and Conditions

1. PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS These General Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy govern the use of the website inzainox.com (hereinafter “the Website”), owned by Inza Inox S.L. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) with Tax ID B-16678591 and registered address at C/ María Auxiliadora 35, Majadahonda, 28221 (Madrid).

Through its website inzainox.com, THE COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them both to individual consumers (B2C) and to professionals and companies (B2B). Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in the version published at the time of accessing the Website.

THE COMPANY distributes and ships its products to the entire European Union (hereinafter, the “Territory”). If a user is interested in receiving any item outside this territory, they must contact THE COMPANY via email at info@inzainox.com to assess the feasibility of the request.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION The descriptions of products displayed on the Website are based on information provided by suppliers and THE COMPANY’s technical data sheets. Photographs, videos, and specifications are displayed on inzainox.com for guidance purposes to provide the greatest possible accuracy.

3. PRICES AND TAXES The prices indicated for each product are expressed in euros (€) and, by default, do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or shipping costs.

  • Tax calculation: During the final purchase process (Checkout), the applicable VAT will be applied according to the destination country and customer type.

  • Intra-Community Operators (VIES): Purchases made by companies or professionals from the European Union (outside Spain) who have a valid intra-community VAT number (VIES) will be exempt from VAT (0%). The system will verify the validity of the VIES and apply the exemption automatically before payment.

4. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They will be calculated automatically during the purchase process based on the country, destination postal code, and the weight/volume of the order. THE COMPANY offers free shipping from a certain purchase volume. This free shipping threshold will vary according to the destination zone and will be clearly indicated to the customer during the payment process.

5. PAYMENT METHODS The Customer may pay the amount of their order by choosing any of the following payment methods during the purchase process:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Through the secure payment gateway of Redsys, which guarantees encryption and maximum security of banking data.

  • Bank Transfer: The order will be processed once the amount has been received in THE COMPANY’s bank account.

The customer may request the invoice in paper or digital format by contacting THE COMPANY via email at info@inzainox.com.

6. AVAILABILITY THE COMPANY maintains updated stock. However, if due to exceptional circumstances or IT incidents a purchased product is not available, the Customer will be informed by email and will be offered an alternative with similar characteristics or an immediate refund of the amount paid for said product.

7. DELIVERY TIMES AND DELIVERY Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. THE COMPANY is not responsible for delivery errors if the address entered is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time ranges between 2 and 21 business days, depending on the address and destination country, as well as the availability of the item (standard or custom manufacturing).

  • Diligence in delivery: The Customer must check the good condition of the package in the presence of the carrier. If any anomaly, impact, or breakage is detected in the packaging, this must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note and communicated to THE COMPANY within 24 hours of delivery at info@inzainox.com.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

  • For individuals (B2C): The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Return conditions: The product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been installed or used, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for custom-manufactured products, products customized to customer specifications, or those that for hygiene reasons are not suitable for return after being unsealed.

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the initial purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving and inspecting the goods in our warehouses.

9. PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • Individual customers (B2C): Products have a legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current consumer legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 as amended).

  • Professional customers or companies (B2B): For purchases made for commercial or industrial purposes, the warranty will be 1 year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or use of corrosive cleaning chemicals not suitable for the stainless steel purchased.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

  • For the resolution of any dispute with professional customers (B2B), the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).

  • For disputes with individual consumers (B2C), territorial jurisdiction will correspond to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.
