- USERS
Access to and/or use of this Inza portal grants the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.
- USE OF THE PORTAL
Inza provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet belonging to Inza or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to diligent and confidential use of it.
The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content that Inza offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or infringing human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Inza, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems liable to cause the aforementioned damage on the network; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use other users’ email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages. Inza reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate respect for personal dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that endanger youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Inza shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
- DATA PROTECTION
Inza complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27th April 2016, on the protection of natural persons (GDPR), as well as with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5th December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), and other current regulations at all times, ensuring correct use and processing of user’s personal data.

- EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Inza disclaims any responsibility derived from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.

- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Inza and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of Madrid.
