Description
INZA polyethylene hydrocarbon separators combine a sludge trap and a hydrocarbon separator for the pre-treatment of hydrocarbon-laden water. Manufactured in accordance with EN 858-1 (CE marking), Class I (discharge below 5 mg/L), by coalescence with a washable, reusable 3D polyethylene filter fabric.
Operation
The grit chamber is sized for a useful volume of 100 litres per l/s of flow. The separator compartment is designed for a discharge below 5 mg/L according to EN 858-1.
Design
Made of high-density polyethylene. Resistance class 1d to NF P16-451-1/CN. Coalescence by means of a 3D polyethylene filter fabric (washable and reusable). Automatic shut-off device calibrated for density 0.85. Inlet with adaptable seal and PVC outlet. Threaded access for riser and Ø600 mm cover. Integrated structure for forklift handling.
