Description
ISGP Grease and Oil Separators are used for the separation and retention of vegetable and/or animal fats and oils contained in kitchen wastewater. These units are manufactured in accordance with the UNE-EN 1825-1 standard.

Grease Separators for Kitchens
OPERATION
The density difference of the various contaminants allows separation into two phases: larger solids, such as food waste or other debris, settle at the bottom of the separator, while fats and oils float on the surface due to their lower density. The equipment’s operation is guaranteed, provided it is correctly sized and maintenance tasks are performed. Purification performance: vegetable and animal fats and oils < 40 %; suspended solids < 90 %.
INSTALLATION
The equipment must be installed on a horizontal plane. Fill with water before commissioning and after each emptying.
MAINTENANCE
The emptying and cleaning of the equipment must be carried out according to the intervention frequency described in standard EN1825-2, i.e., once a month and preferably every 15 days.
