Description
INZA ISGPH grease and oil separators-decanters are used for the separation and retention of vegetable and/or animal fats and oils contained in kitchen wastewater, built in accordance with the EN 1825-1 standard. Static polyester model.
Operation
The density difference of the contaminants allows separation into two phases: the larger solids (food waste) settle at the bottom, while fats and oils float to the surface due to their lower density. Correct operation is guaranteed provided the unit is properly sized and maintenance is carried out.
Design
Tank made of fibreglass-reinforced polyester with inclined bottoms. Resistance class 1d per NF P16-500-1/CN. Settling volume: 100 L × TN. Grease retention: 40 L × TN. PVC inlet and outlet connections. Threaded PE cover Ø 260/470/620 mm depending on model.

Installation and maintenance
The unit must be installed on a horizontal plane. Fill with water before commissioning and after each emptying. Emptying and cleaning are carried out per the EN 1825-2 standard: once a month and preferably every 15 days.
