Price range: €7.600,00 through €10.000,00 taxes not included

Screw conveyor screen (AquaTSF) for the fine screening of urban and industrial wastewater, for channel installation in concrete. The shaftless screw, with brush cleaning, captures the solids retained by the mesh, lifts, drains and compacts them and discharges them dewatered. Made of AISI 304 L / 316 L stainless steel, with a configurable mesh opening from 2 to 10 mm.

Lead time: to be confirmed, depending on the equipment and component stock.

Shipping included in the price, excluding unloading at destination. For large equipment, please ask about transport and unloading conditions.

Description

The INZA screw screen (AquaTSF) is a fine-screening screw-conveyor unit designed to extract and convey the solid residues in urban and industrial wastewater whose size exceeds the mesh opening. It is installed directly in a concrete channel at a 35° angle: the water passes through the screw and the auger lifts the solids to discharge them, drained and compacted, into a container. It reduces the solids load reaching downstream equipment and improves overall treatment efficiency.

Design and materials

  • Shaftless screw in AISI 304 L / 316 L stainless steel or special high-strength steel.
  • Brush cleaning with plastic brushes, suitable for acidic and basic effluents.
  • Neoprene sides to ensure tightness.
  • Screen mesh with openings in various sizes (2–10 mm).
  • Working angle 35° (wedge option for 38° and 40°).
  • Quick channel installation, with no end discharge supports or intermediate supports.

Advantages

  • Durable, corrosion-resistant materials.
  • Solids extraction up to 0.33 dm³/s; flows of up to 1,000 m³/h in larger units.
  • Low noise level and reduced energy consumption.
  • Low maintenance.

Options: electrical panel, solids compaction, accessories for automatic cleaning, level indicator (highly recommended), continuous bagging system, wedge for installation at different angles (38° and 40°) and other sizes and capacities on request.

Maintenance: empty the solids container regularly and inspect the gearmotor for lubrication when necessary.
