Description

The INZA automatic bar screen (AquaRA) is installed as pretreatment of wastewater for medium and large flows. The water passes through a perforated screen that retains solids larger than the mesh opening; a timer drives the motor, operating the brush that sweeps the retained particles into the basket-container, fully automatically.

Design and materials

  • Monoblock body in laminated AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel profiles, for quick on-site assembly.
  • Rotating cleaning arm with counterweighted rake (AISI 304/316) that rests on the grid and removes the residues.
  • Cleaning scraper with a nylon blade.
  • Drive unit: gearmotor with direct transmission to the main shaft.
  • Filtering grid in circular profile (6 mm useful gap).
  • Three-phase installation.

Maintenance: empty the basket regularly, inspect the motor for lubrication and replace the brush when worn.
