Pumping station with submersible pump (AquaPUMP SUMERGIDA)

Description

The Inza pumping station with submersible pump is a prefabricated unit in glass-fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) that collects wastewater or rainwater and lifts it to the sewer network, the treatment plant or the discharge point when gravity does not allow natural drainage. It is the solution for basements, underground garages, shopping centres, industrial facilities and homes on sloping ground.

The pump: AquaPUMP SUMERGIDA

Multistage submersible electric pump that works inside the well:

• Flow rate: 500 to 12,200 l/h.
• Head: 5 to 80 m.w.c.
• IP-68 protection, class F insulation.
• Motor cooled by mineral oil and by the pumped water.
• Maximum immersion 17 m; max. water temperature 35 ºC.
• Built-in thermal protector; single-phase models include a level switch.

Well design

GRP tank by hand lamination and filament winding, designed to EN 12566-1, resistance class 1d (NF P16-500-1/CN). Large circular manholes with a PP cover Ø 620 mm and anti-fall bars, and PVC inlet/outlet connections.

Maintenance: periodically remove sand and solids from the bottom of the well and clean the floats with pressurised water.
