Industrial Drainage Channels - INZA S160-400
The stainless steel industrial drainage channels from the Inza S Range have different widths depending on the flow rate required in each situation.
Inza S channels feature steel anchoring claws for a secure connection to the concrete. They can be fitted with levelling feet to facilitate their installation and a stainless steel or NBR profile that solidifies the upper flange of the channel.
Inza S channel lines are a modular system comprising different sections with various shapes and lengths, joined together using a system of stainless steel plates and screws with EPDM gaskets
All sections of the Inza S channels feature a built-in gradient (0.5-2%) to ensure rapid and effective drainage. Additionally, the channel base incorporates an internal “V”-shaped cross-section, which facilitates discharge by increasing water flow velocity. Sections of up to 24 metres in length can be configured between outlets.
Stainless steel grates
There are different stainless steel grates for each application and for each load class. Depending on the project, grates of different widths will be required, with varying clear openings and distinct mechanical load requirements.
Sometimes, due to particularly aggressive environments, it is necessary to use AISI316 stainless steel in the manufacture of the grates.
Bar grating
Stainless steel grating formed by a mesh of 3mm thick flat bars with a 25mm pitch.
Available with an anti-slip finish.
Available in load classes L15 and M125.
Bar grating
Stainless steel grating with different frame and bearer bar configurations depending on the grating width and load class. It offers high strength with good clear water passage.

Slotted grating
Stainless steel grating composed of a top bar and transversal support bars, leaving a lateral gap for water collection. Highly resistant to traffic.

Outlets for Channel with Grating
The outlets or water discharge from grated channels can be of 2 types: either via an industrial floor drain or a direct outlet from the channel bottom. Outlets always include a removable anti-odour trap for easy cleaning. Rounded body, Solids collection basket, industrial gratings
Floor Drains
The modular nature of the grated channels allows for the use of any INZA Industrial Gully. These gullies are fitted with an upstand at the top to ensure a proper connection with the channel.
Direct outlets
These are trapped outlets welded directly into the channel base. They can have a vertical or horizontal discharge and may include solid collection baskets and removable traps.
