The INZA automatic bar screen (AquaRA)<\/strong> is installed as pretreatment of wastewater for medium and large flows. The water passes through a perforated screen that retains solids larger than the mesh opening; a timer drives the motor, operating the brush that sweeps the retained particles into the basket-container, fully automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Design and materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Monoblock body in laminated AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel profiles, for quick on-site assembly.<\/li>\n
  • Rotating cleaning arm with counterweighted rake (AISI 304\/316) that rests on the grid and removes the residues.<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning scraper with a nylon blade.<\/li>\n
  • Drive unit: gearmotor with direct transmission to the main shaft.<\/li>\n
  • Filtering grid in circular profile (6 mm useful gap).<\/li>\n
  • Three-phase installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
