INZA steel hydrocarbon separators with an integrated bypass<\/strong> are Class I<\/strong> lamellar separators for high flows, buried installation. The bypass treats the nominal flow and diverts peak flows (up to 5\u00d7TN). In accordance with EN 858-1 (CE marking), discharge below 5 mg\/L.<\/p>\n

Operation<\/h3>\n

The sludge settling compartment provides a surface hydraulic load below 50 m\/h and a useful volume of 100 litres per l\/s. The separator, with lamellar blocks, ensures a discharge below 5 mg\/L according to EN 858-1. Once the nominal flow is reached, the excess is diverted to the integrated bypass.<\/p>\n

Design<\/h3>\n

Made of S235 steel protected after blasting (ISO 8501-1) with a 450 \u00b5m epoxy coating. Removable screen. Resistance class 1d to NF P16-451-1\/CN. Honeycomb-type polypropylene lamellar blocks. Integrated bypass sized for a peak flow of 5\u00d7TN. Automatic shut-off device calibrated for density 0.85. Connections by adaptable seals (DN<400) or PVC sleeve.<\/p>\n
