INZA polyethylene hydrocarbon separators are used for the pre-treatment of hydrocarbon-laden water, separating and retaining hydrocarbons and light liquids before discharge to the network. Manufactured in accordance with EN 858-1 (CE marking), Class I<\/strong> (discharge below 5 mg\/L) by means of coalescing lamellar blocks.<\/p>\n

Operation<\/h3>\n

The first compartment retains coarse particles (sand and grit). The separator compartment is sized to achieve a discharge below 5 mg\/L according to EN 858-1, by coalescence in lamellar blocks. It includes an automatic shut-off device calibrated for hydrocarbons of density 0.85.<\/p>\n

Design<\/h3>\n

Polyethylene tank made by rotomoulding. Coalescence through lamellar blocks. PVC inlet and outlet connections.<\/p>\n

Advantages<\/h3>\n

CE marking to EN 858-1. Class I, discharge below 5 mg\/L. Lightweight and easy to install. Identification plate. Available from stock.<\/p>\n

Applications<\/h3>\n

Mechanical workshops, vehicle wash centres, scrapyards, fuel distribution areas and car parks.<\/p>\n

Options<\/h3>\n

Hydrocarbon, sludge and high-level alarm system. Threaded polyethylene risers 40 cm high. Load-bearing covers for vehicle traffic (class C250 and D400). Installation of a hydrocarbon alarm to EN 858 is recommended.<\/p>\n
