Die INZA-Kohlenwasserstoffabscheider aus Stahl mit integriertem Bypass<\/strong> sind Lamellenabscheider der Klasse I<\/strong> f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Durchfl\u00fcsse, erdverbaut. Der Bypass behandelt den Nenndurchfluss und leitet Spitzendurchfl\u00fcsse ab (bis 5\u00d7TN). Gem\u00e4\u00df EN 858-1 (CE-Kennzeichnung), Ablauf unter 5 mg\/L.<\/p>\n

Funktionsweise<\/h3>\n

Das Schlammabsetzabteil gew\u00e4hrleistet eine fl\u00e4chenbezogene hydraulische Belastung unter 50 m\/h und ein Nutzvolumen von 100 Litern je l\/s. Der Abscheider mit Lamellenbl\u00f6cken gew\u00e4hrleistet einen Ablauf unter 5 mg\/L gem\u00e4\u00df EN 858-1. Bei Erreichen des Nenndurchflusses wird der \u00dcberschuss zum integrierten Bypass geleitet.<\/p>\n

Konstruktion<\/h3>\n

Aus Stahl S235, nach Strahlen (ISO 8501-1) mit einer 450 \u00b5m Epoxidbeschichtung gesch\u00fctzt. Herausnehmbarer Rechen. Widerstandsklasse 1d nach NF P16-451-1\/CN. Wabenf\u00f6rmige Lamellenbl\u00f6cke aus Polypropylen. Integrierter Bypass, ausgelegt f\u00fcr einen Spitzendurchfluss von 5\u00d7TN. Automatischer Selbstverschluss, geeicht f\u00fcr Dichte 0,85. Anschl\u00fcsse \u00fcber anpassbare Dichtungen (DN<400) oder PVC-Muffe.<\/p>\n
