Die INZA-Kohlenwasserstoffabscheider aus glasfaserverst\u00e4rktem Polyester (GFK) mit integriertem Bypass<\/strong> vereinen einen Schlammfang und einen Kohlenwasserstoffabscheider. Der Bypass behandelt den Nenndurchfluss und leitet Spitzendurchfl\u00fcsse ab, was die Anlage optimiert. Gem\u00e4\u00df EN 858-1 (CE-Kennzeichnung), Klasse I<\/strong> (Ablauf unter 5 mg\/L).<\/p>\n

Funktionsweise<\/h3>\n

Der Sandfang h\u00e4lt Feststoffe zur\u00fcck; der Abscheider mit Koaleszenzzellen gew\u00e4hrleistet einen Ablauf unter 5 mg\/L gem\u00e4\u00df EN 858-1. Der Bypass leitet Spitzendurchfl\u00fcsse oberhalb des Nenndurchflusses ab.<\/p>\n

Konstruktion<\/h3>\n

Beh\u00e4lter aus GFK (glasfaserverst\u00e4rktes Polyester). Widerstandsklasse 1d nach NF P16-451-1\/CN. Lamellenzellenbl\u00f6cke aus Polypropylen. Automatischer Selbstverschluss, geeicht f\u00fcr Dichte 0,85. Zu- und Ablaufanschl\u00fcsse aus PVC. Abdeckungen aus Polypropylen mit \u00d8600 mm freiem Durchgang.<\/p>\n
